The price you pay includes the return postage and a prepaid label to send it to us.
In most cases we repair and return your device the same day we receive it.
If there should be any further issues or delays we will contact you to advise you of this.

If for any reason your console is un-repairable we will refund you minus the cost of the original postage and return costs.
