Due to a mistake on my part trying to transfer data l was shut out of my phone. Tried various ways including a visit to currys to rectify the problem without success. Looked online, found Phone Fix'es address proceeded to their premises, explained to the gentleman the problem and 20mins later he succeeded in getting my phone back to normal. Phone died and had no idea why . Took it in and explained I needed it fixed ,I told him I could go up to £150, went to pick phone up and i was told it was a quick easy 20 quid job . U cant buy honesty these days ,they could have done me over for the whole 150 and I wouldn't have known the wiser . I wont use anyone else from now on

Got a new screen replacement for 35 pounds less than my Nationwide bank gadget insurance excess. They did a new battery for me also all within an hour while I did a quick shop in town. Nice people, clear price over the phone before I came in, and no problems. Will recommend.

Great service by Phone Fix. We had a Samsung tablet that wouldn't turn back on, they carried out diagnostics free of charge and then had the item back working and returned quickly

Walked in, dropped off phone, went shopping, picked it up 90mins later with a lovely new battery and zero damage. Phone is like it was 4 years ago when it was new, Accu Battery reports 100% health.

This place has been brilliant. Lovely, attentive man fixed 2 broken iPhone screens within an hour for such a reasonable price. It’s been a couple months now and still functioning without any issues. As good as new. I also bought a cable to display my phone on tv screen (iphone to hdmi), he was honest in saying he hadn’t used the product so wasn’t sure of the quality. He asked me to let him know feedback, so here we are: It works great! Thank you for the great service. Will come back for any future repairs.

 Strongly recommended. Phone Fix replaced the battery in my Apple Watch 2, which Apple refused to do, for less than half the price Apple would charge. Quick, efficient service, by post/carrier. Don’t throw away older devices - get them refurbished!

Brilliant service. PhoneFix replaced the battery in my Apple Watch 2 - Apple won’t do it because the watch is “obsolete” and even if they did, they charge more than twice PhoneFix. I used the postal/online service, which worked quickly and very efficiently. Very pleased and I would definitely recommend. No more throwing away devices just because their battery is fading!

I needed a new battery for my Apple Watch Series 5, I live in Poole, these guys are in Worthing, I needed the watch fixed quickly and after a quick email exchange with John, they promised to do it for me, I paid for express delivery, they sent quick post label, I posted it to them on Tuesday, they returned it express DPD on Thursday. Battery works great, no damage, very minor marks around casing to be expected from opening it up, but minimal. truly a wonderful and professional service, much appreciated, highly recommended, will use again.. thanks guys. Great job.
