Can you give me a price over the phone?
For most common repairs, yes — tell us the device and what's wrong and we can usually quote straight away. Anything unusual we'd want to look at first, and diagnostics are free.
Do I need to book before coming in?
No. You're welcome to walk in during opening hours. If you want to be sure we have the part in stock, a quick call first saves you a trip.
I'm not local — can I post my device?
Yes. Order your repair online and we'll send a free shipping label. We repair, test and return it tracked and insured.
Where can I park?
Montague Street is pedestrianised. The nearest car parks are Buckingham Road and High Street, both a few minutes' walk away.
