If you are local to us you can visit our store and normally have your phone repaired within a hour.
For mail-in all the services we offer are available from our website.
Simply find the service you require, add it to your basket and checkout.

The price you pay includes the return postage and a prepaid label to send it to us.
We will automatically send you a standard shipping label to send the device to us, if you wish to get the device to us quicker you are welcome to use your own postal method.

In most cases we repair and return your device in 1 to 2 days of receiving it.
If there should be any further issues or delays we will contact you to advise you of this.

If for any reason your device is un-repairable we will refund you minus the cost of the original postage and return costs.

For all Genuine Apple repairs Apples diagnostic systems require Find My iPhone to be switched off.
Please ensure you do this before shipping.

Before sending an Apple Watch for repair please ensure to remove all straps before sending it.

After any Apple Watch repair we cannot guarantee its water resistance, please do not put it anywhere near water after repair.
