How long does a repair take?

Do I need to book an appointment?
No — walk-ins are welcome at 130 Montague Street. If you'd rather check we have your part in stock first, give us a call on 01903 215090 or send an enquiry through the site.
Will I lose my data?
In almost all cases your data is completely safe. We always recommend backing up before any repair as a precaution, and we can help with that if you're not sure how.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes, all our repairs come with a warranty. The exact cover depends on the repair and the parts used — just ask and we'll explain what applies to your device.
Can you repair devices by post?
We do. Our mail-in service covers the whole UK — get in touch and we'll talk you through how to send your device to us safely.
What if you can't fix it?
